¼ Cup Chestnut Purée (canned or freshly cooked and mashed)
1 Tablespoon Honey
Roasted and Crushed Chestnuts for Garnish
Optional: A Splash of Milk or Cream for Added Richness
- In a blender, combine Màkku, chestnut puree, honey and optional milk or cream if using.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the blended makgeolli mixture over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a sprinkle of crushed roasted chestnuts. Enjoy!
