Mango Lassi
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ Cup Fresh, Ripe Mangoes, Sliced and Peeled
1 Cup Plain (non-Greek) Yogurt
½ Cup Milk of Choice
1 Tbsp Cane Sugar
Pinch of Ground Cardamom or Cinnamon (optional)
1 Cup Plain (non-Greek) Yogurt
½ Cup Milk of Choice
1 Tbsp Cane Sugar
Pinch of Ground Cardamom or Cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
